O Active C 10 não é indicado para a região dos olhos, pois a La Roche Posay tem um produto específico para essa região o (Active C10 Olhos), mas enquanto eu não compro, eu utilizo normalmente, porém, tomando o devido cuidado para não aproximar muito dos olhos.

Outro ponto ponto positivo do Active C 10 além da rápida absorção é que pode ser utilizado de forma combinada com outros produtos sem que prejudique sua ação. Então se você faz uso de outros produtos de tratamento para acnes a Pâmela conta sobre o assunto, ou até mesmo rugas ou uma simples maquiagem, vai amar usar o La Roche Posay Ative C 10.

Resultados na minha pele

Eu escolhi essa Vitamina C para o rosto da La Roche Posay por ser um antirrugas intensivo e com Vitamina C pura esse (contém 10% de vitamina pura), e é própria para peles sensíveis. No meu caso não senti nada desagradável como queimação ou ardência.

Apesar de sua textura ser leve, tem bom rendimento e rápida absorção. Mesmo minha pele sendo oleosa senti a pele matificada e bem sequinha, mesmo após vários minutos de aplicado o produto.

Logo nas primeiras aplicações já pude perceber o quanto minha pele ficou viçosa, iluminada. Na região dos olhos a pele está menos "marcada", assim como a região do bigode chinês também já percebo diferença.

No dia a dia eu uso pela manha e a noite, sempre após lavar o rosto, depois sigo com a minha rotina normalmente, com protetor solar (La Roche Posay Protetor Solar) durante o dia e a noite intercalo com Active C 10 Vitamina C e o Hyaluron Filleer Noite, e na região dos olhos o Hyaluron Filler Olhos.

Preciso dizer que, estou apaixonada por essa Vitamina C, da La Roch e! E seguindo a lógica dos resultados em minha pele - cito abaixo outras qualidades que eu achei do produto:

Textura na pele

Sem dúvidas foi o primeiro resultado que percebi, logo nos primeiro dias já percebi uma grande mudança, pois a pele fica gostosa ao toque e com poros menos evidentes, até a maquiagem se destaca por ficar mais uniforme.

Luminosidade da pele

Pela manhã é o horário em que mais percebo essa diferença! Eu durmo com uma pele e incrivelmente acordo pela manhã com o rosto mais iluminado, digamos, um pouco mais claro - pode até ser coisa da minha cabeça, mas eu vejo isso rs.

E as machas? Sumiram?

Bom, eu tenho mais de 40 anos e já tive uma gravidez, por consequência tive melasma, então o tratamento contra melasma é continuo, e o Active C10 não é milagroso, mas certamente é um grande aliado para manchas e outros creme para o rosto com vitamina c.

Like human beings, guinea pigs are not able to produce their own Vitamin C. If they are not fed a sufficient quantity of Vitamin C, they will develop a deficiency and fall ill. Guinea pigs need about 10mg/day per pound of body weight; that rises to 30mg/day per pound of body weight during pregnancy.[1] There are several methods for incorporating enough Vitamin C in your guinea pig's diet.

    Don't rely on hay and grass alone. Although timothy hay, other hays, grasses, and alfalfa are the foundation of a guinea pig's diet, they are low in Vitamin C. [2] Supplementation of some kind is necessary.

    • Provide unlimited access to hay for your guinea pig no matter what supplements you decide to use.[3]
    • You may add lucerne hay to a pregnant guinea pig's diet to provide increased protein and calcium. [4]

    Choose a guinea pig food pellet that includes Vitamin C. Premium foods designed for guinea pigs will include Vitamin C, which is added during the manufacturing process.

    Feed your guinea pigs bell peppers daily. Red bell peppers, otherwise known as capsicums, are high in vitamin C and are one of the only vegetables that can be fed every day. Yellow and green bell peppers can also be fed, but contain less vitamin C to red varieties.[6]

    Add leafy greens to your guinea pig's diet. Dark, leafy greens such as kale, parsley, cabbage, spinach, chicory, lambsquarter, and dandelion greens provide a good source of Vitamin C. If you feed dandelion greens or lambsquarter, be careful not to harvest ones from lawns that have been treated with pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides.

    • Leafy greens should be the main vegetable supplement for your guinea pig. Provide 2-3 leaves of various leafy greens each day. [7]

    Feed fruits and other vegetables to your guinea pig as a treat. Cucumbers, guava, broccoli, cauliflower, strawberry, peas, tomatoes, and kiwi are good sources of Vitamin C for guinea pigs.

    • Vegetables and fruits can be offered a few times a week. Since fruits are high in sugar, these should be given more sparingly. [8]

    Never give your guinea pig poisonous foods. Common fruits and vegetables that are poisonous or dangerous for your guinea pig include cereals, grains, nuts, corn kernels, beans, onions, potatoes, beets, rhubarb, and pickled foods.     • Broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts should be limited to 1-2 times a week, as they can cause bloating.
    • High calcium vegetables, such as kale and spinach, should be limited to a few leaves every 2-3 weeks. Large amounts of calcium in their diet can lead to bladder stones.

    Feed specially designed Vitamin C tablets directly to your guinea pig. These are supplements designed to appeal to your guinea pig by resembling a treat. Be sure not to use supplements after their expiration date, since they are unlikely to have sufficient active Vitamin C by that point.

    Offer Vitamin C tablets or liquids designed for children. [10] Be sure not to give too much. Guinea pigs are much smaller than human children and only need about 20-25mg/day of Vitamin C. Also, Vitamin C breaks down quickly when exposed to light and water. After eight hours, the available Vitamin C in a water bottle may be no more than 20% of what was originally added.

    Recognize a guinea pig suffering from insufficient Vitamin C. An insufficiency can produce symptoms within two weeks.[13] Common symptoms include: [14]

    • bleeding gums and pain the teeth
    • stiff joints

    • difficulty avoiding infections or healing from wounds

    • You will need to administer an increased dose of Vitamin C for 1-2 weeks if your guinea pig is recovering from a deficiency. Your vet will be able to specify a dose.[16]
